本應用程式存取什麼：Hermes Auto 以站長本人的 Google 帳號授權，存取該帳號的行事曆、Gmail、雲端硬碟、文件、試算表與聯絡人（唯讀或僅供站長自身資料的讀寫）。
資料去向：所有內容僅在站長自己擁有的家用伺服器（B 機）與站長的 Google 帳號之間流動。沒有第三方伺服器、沒有廣告或分析碼、不外流、不販售。伺服器端保留處理紀錄以利除錯，不對外提供。
授權撤回：站長隨時可在 Google 帳號的「安全性 → 第三方應用程式與服務」中撤除對本應用程式的授權，或到 https://myaccount.google.com/permissions 管理；撤除後本應用程式立即失去所有存取權。
